HARMAN Phoenix II - Retailer Champion Competition

Terms & Conditions

The organiser is HARMAN technology Ltd, Ilford Way, Mobberley, Cheshire, WA16 7JL

Entry is open to any employee of a nominated HARMAN Photo reseller. The competition is not open to employees of HARMAN technology, their families and relatives or anyone else connected with the competition.

Entry is free and each employee can enter up to 5 images.

All images entered must have been shot by you (the entree), on HARMAN Phoenix II film. Entries may be shot on either 35mm or 120 format film.

We may ask to see your negatives for verification should your image be short-listed at the judging stage.

All entrants must have completed the required information and uploaded their images using the entry form found at https://forms.gle/Cr2LwAuh6Hhb6h81A no other images will be accepted.

There will be no exceptions to these rules.

Images which have won any other competitions, or which have been published by a third party are not eligible for this competition.

The closing date for this competition is September 7th 2025.  Any entries completed after this date will be disqualified.

Winners will be notified within 1 month of the competition closing date.

All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. The entrants must have sole ownership of copyright for all images entered and must have obtained the permission of any person or people featured in the image, (a model release form must be obtained where appropriate), or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured. Furthermore, entrants must not have breached any laws when taking their photographs. It is the legal responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they are compliant with ownership and copyright requirements.

Entries, which, at any time during the competition process, are found not to fulfil these requirements, will be deemed ineligible and will be disqualified. If this is discovered after the prize has been awarded the full value of the prize must be returned or refunded by the entrant.

Any images deemed to be offensive will be disqualified.

Copyright always remains the property of the photographer, but by entering this competition you grant HARMAN technology a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display any image submitted in any media now known or hereafter invented.

The winners and finalists agree to their names and the winning photographs being published in relation to the competition.

We will only use your data as stated above or to contact you regarding this competition and will always ensure that your data is held securely and will never be shared with any third parties.

The organiser will appoint all judges, and the judges’ decision is final and absolute. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the judges’ decision.

The prizes are as shown below. Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative offered.

1st Prize

Custom Phoenix Olympus OM10 + 50mm f/1.8 Lens, with filter, strap and flash.

Runner Up

Custom Phoenix  Konica AutoReflex TC + 50mm f/1.8 Lens with filter, strap and flash.

HARMAN technology reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering this competition each entrant will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and HARMAN technology Ltd reserves the right to exclude any entry from the competition at any time and at its absolute discretion if it has reason to believe there has been an infringement of these rules.
